Come In — Walk-In or Appointment

Our office is located on the 8th floor at 30 West 47th Street, Suite 809 — in the heart of Manhattan's Diamond District. No appointment is necessary. Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday, 10am–6pm, and Saturday 12pm–3:30pm.

If you have multiple pieces, a large diamond, or simply prefer dedicated time and a more private setting, we recommend booking an appointment. It takes 30 seconds and ensures one of our senior specialists is waiting just for you.

Bring: Your diamond(s), any certificates (GIA, EGL, AGS), original box or paperwork, and a valid photo ID for same-day payment.

We Evaluate Your Diamond — In Front of You

This is where we differ from almost every other buyer in the city: the evaluation happens in your presence, explained in plain English, with nothing hidden.

Our GIA-trained gemologist will:

Examine your diamond under 10x and 40x magnification
Assess cut quality, color grade, clarity grade, and carat weight
Check for fluorescence, laser inscriptions, and any treatments
Authenticate grading certificates and match them to the stone
Reference current Rapaport market pricing for your specific combination of grades

After the evaluation, we present you with a firm, no-nonsense offer — our best price, not a starting position designed to be negotiated down. We don't play games and we don't use pressure tactics.

Do I need an appointment? +

No. Walk-ins are always welcome during business hours. However, if you have a significant piece or collection, an appointment ensures you get dedicated one-on-one time with a senior specialist, which often results in a more thorough evaluation.

How long does the evaluation take? +

For a single stone or ring, typically 15–30 minutes. For larger collections or rare pieces that require more extensive analysis, we may need additional time — which is another reason appointments are beneficial for complex situations.

What if I don't have a certificate? +

No problem. We evaluate uncertified diamonds in-house at no charge to you. Our gemologist assesses the stone using the same criteria as a formal grading lab. While a GIA or EGL certificate can increase your offer, the lack of one won't prevent us from making you a strong bid.

Will I get more money with a GIA certificate? +

Generally yes — a grading certificate removes any ambiguity about the stone's characteristics and allows us to price it directly against documented specifications. Sellers with certs typically receive higher offers, which is why we always recommend bringing paperwork if you have it.

How do I know your offer is fair? +

We price every diamond against the Rapaport Diamond Report — the same wholesale benchmark used by dealers worldwide. We show our work: we explain the grading, the market factors, and the math. You're also welcome to get competing quotes; most sellers who do come back to us.

What payment methods do you offer? +

We pay in cash or business check for same-day transactions. Payment is immediate upon acceptance — there are no holding periods or processing delays.

Do you buy gold and silver too? +

Yes. In addition to diamonds, we buy gold, silver, platinum, and palladium jewelry and bullion. We also buy luxury watches. If you have multiple items to sell, bring everything — we can evaluate it all in one visit.
